QHSE for Job Description:

It is essential that you are up to date on all of the QHSE regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
Ensures that SPIE OGS QHSE regulations, instructions, and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Proposes ways to make QHSE provisions better in the future.
When a malfunction or risk situation is discovered, a noncompliance and/or observation report is prepared and sent to the local QHSE department.
Alerts anyone who caused a risk situation as soon as the situation is discovered.
Maintains a green perspective at all times while performing job responsibilities.
Immediately notifies the line management of any professional situation that does not conform to the principles and rules that govern the performance of SPIE Group activities (Ethics Alert).


Check the validity of the Preventive Maintenance program. Make sure you have the resources you need to finish it when you need to.
Assist the SITE with Corrective Maintenance as needed.
Put together a toolkit for a specific repair job when asked to do so
For its area of expertise, analyze the CMMS report and recommend improvements to the company as needed.
In conjunction with the company’s representatives, establish and implement technical procedures, and monitor and update the maintenance procedure.
Quality maintenance activities are ensured by CMMS Profile preparation of intervention files, work orders, and reporting.

It is essential that the person in this position meet the following criteria:

Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering B.Sc. equivalent to DUT/BTS in French (2.1)
General industrial maintenance for five years
An understanding of computers is a necessity.
Ability to work in a global team in a variety of climates and terrains. Working in a customer service environment is an asset.
Mechanical/fitting, handling, tooling, electrical and instruments are some of the relevant specialties.
The ability to use a CMMS

The language of work:

If you are fluent in both English and Portuguese, you have an advantage.
